Requirements:

• 4+ years of recent full cycle, multi-state payroll processing experience in a high volume environment (4,000+ employees)
• Performed quarterly and annual tax filing
• Excel proficiency to include pivot tables and vlookup
• In-house processing experience to include working knowledge of ADP WFN
• Professional, personable and good communication skills
• Career stability

Responsibilities:

• Multi-state payroll processing
• Perform quarterly and annual tax filing
• Payroll tax implementation and account closing
• Ensure all quarterly and yearly returns are filed
• Perform extensive tax research for special projects and other tax related escalations.
• End-to-end processing to include garnishments and other deductions
• Reconciliation of payroll register
• Manual payroll check processing when needed
• Payroll tax exposure
