Location: Atlanta, GA Hours: In Office, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Job Type: Contract Pay Rate: $19-$20/hour


Position Summary:


Are you a master of multitasking with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? Join our team in Atlanta, GA, as a Receptionist/Administrator. In this role, you'll be the friendly face greeting customers, handling administrative duties, and ensuring the smooth flow of operations.


Responsibilities:


Customer Relations:


  • Welcome and assist customers, visitors, vendors, and contractors with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
  • Collaborate with management to organize and execute customer events, enhancing customer experience.

Administrative Duties:


  • Manage the reception area, answering and redirecting phone calls, taking messages, and providing information as needed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including calendar management, expense reports, and correspondence.
  • Handle mailings, including holiday cards and event notifications, to maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors.
  • Prepare new customer packages and welcome letters, contributing to a smooth onboarding process.
  • Maintain office supplies, handle incoming and outgoing mail, and ensure office equipment is in working order.
  • Assist with filing, data entry, and other general clerical tasks to support efficient office operations.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


  • Minimum of two years of customer service or administrative experience required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
