Employment Status: Contract


Commute: Fully On-Site Position


LHH is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join a client’s team for an upcoming project. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:


· Greet visitors and ensure they are directed to the appropriate person or department.


· Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.


· Respond to inquiries and provide information to callers and visitors.


· Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.


· Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.


· Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage conference room reservations.


· Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.


· Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.


· Handle special projects and tasks as assigned by management.


· Uphold company policies and procedures with professionalism and integrity.


Qualifications:


· Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred.


· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


· Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.


· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.


· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).


· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.


· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.


· High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a plus.

Pay Details: $16.00 to $26.00 per hour Search managed by: Clay Butler
