Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and polished Front Desk Receptionist for a temporary to hire position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling incoming calls, and providing exceptional customer service to both corporate guests and the general public.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome corporate guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, addressing complaints about cars being booted with empathy and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
• Ensure all visitors sign in and are directed to the appropriate person or department.
• Act as a Notary Public for the company, handling notarization duties as required.
Requirements:
• Must be a Notary Public.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with tact and professionalism.
• Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
