We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support one of our clients talent acquisition team in Midtown Atlanta. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a seamless candidate experience and efficient recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about connecting great talent with great opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers across multiple departments.
Manage candidate communications, ensuring timely updates and a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards with accurate data.
Assist with job postings, sourcing support, and screening coordination.
Collaborate with recruiters and HR partners to support hiring events, career fairs, and onboarding activities.
Prepare offer letters, background checks, and other pre-employment documentation.
Track and report on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline status, and interview feedback.
Support employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement strategies.
Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, iCIMS, Greenhouse) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience supporting high-volume recruiting or campus hiring.
Familiarity with recruitment marketing tools or social media platforms.
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
