We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support one of our clients talent acquisition team in Midtown Atlanta. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a seamless candidate experience and efficient recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about connecting great talent with great opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers across multiple departments.

  • Manage candidate communications, ensuring timely updates and a positive experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards with accurate data.

  • Assist with job postings, sourcing support, and screening coordination.

  • Collaborate with recruiters and HR partners to support hiring events, career fairs, and onboarding activities.

  • Prepare offer letters, background checks, and other pre-employment documentation.

  • Track and report on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline status, and interview feedback.

  • Support employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles.

  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, iCIMS, Greenhouse) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience supporting high-volume recruiting or campus hiring.

  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing tools or social media platforms.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.



Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
