💼 Position Highlights:
Lead the Monthly Close Process
Act as a key liaison for financial reporting and capital account matters to investors
Support real estate transactions (acquisitions, dispositions, financings, etc.)
Handle performance reporting for investments and funds
Research and resolve complex accounting issues
Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors and tax preparers
Provide support for strategic finance initiatives and treasury functions
📋 Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)
2-6 years of relevant accounting experience
Prior experience in Public Accounting, Fund Accounting, and/or Real Estate industry is a plus
Strong communication skills and a team player mentality
💰 Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 (plus 15% annual bonus)
Work-from-home flexibility (2 days per week)
