Job Summary: LHH is seeking a highly capable Senior Administrative Assistant to support one of their real estate and property management clients. You will be responsible for maintaining office systems for multiple locations and ensuring that office operations run smoothly. Your duties will include providing administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain schedules and appointments for executives.

  • Coordinate and organize meetings, including arranging logistics and preparing materials.

  • Handle correspondence, including answering emails and phone calls, on behalf of executives.

  • Create and maintain files and databases, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of the information.

  • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs as required.

  • Manage office supply inventory and place orders when necessary.

  • Handle travel arrangements for executives, including booking flights and accommodations, and preparing itineraries.

  • Assist with the preparation and control of the office budget.

  • Supervise the performance of other clerical staff.

  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.


Preferred Skills:

  • Strong experience using MS Office Suite

  • Familiarity with online calendars and cloud systems.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, and external partners.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.



Pay Details: $33.00 to $38.00 per hour
