LHH (Atlanta) is working with a fast-growing company in the Sports & Entertainment space on a search for a Staff Accountant. This is a great opportunity for Staff level candidates that are looking to start a successful career in the exciting, Sports/Entertainment sector. DESCRIPTION

• Maintain the general ledger with journal entries and account reconciliations

• Support the month-end close process and internal financial reporting

• Manage capital expenditure and fixed asset accounting (asset classifications, disposals, and depreciation)

• Assist with external audits and tax compliance

• Help improve processes and contribute to special projects (system upgrades, process improvements, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting (CPA Track Preferred)

• 2+ Years of Accounting Experience (public accounting experience would be sufficient as well)

• Proficient User of Microsoft Excel

• Passionate about the industry

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS

• $60,000 - $75,000 (plus bonus)
