Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join one of our clients in Midtown Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing the supply chain operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and supporting data-driven decision-making processes. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain principles, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in relevant software tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels at Parts Distribution Centers (PDCs) to support corporate sales, market share, inventory turnover, and service level goals.
Data Analysis: Develop and implement system changes that enhance dealer satisfaction and internal process improvements. Utilize tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Process Optimization: Automate production mix planning processes to meet demand and improve inventory management. Implement cycle counting to improve stock accuracy and alignment with ABC analysis.
KPI Reporting: Design and implement KPI dashboards using Excel and Power BI, enabling real-time tracking of production efficiency and inventory levels.
Vendor Management: Manage vendor onboarding and compliance, driving improvements in on-time delivery, lead time, and cost-saving measures.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, streamline logistics functions, and support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, SQL, Excel (including VBA Macros and Solver), and other relevant software tools.
Certifications: APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), or similar certifications are preferred.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets to drive actionable insights.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
