Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator
Location: Auburn Hills
Duration: 6+ months

Company Overview:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is supporting a client of ours located in Auburn Hills that is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support them for the next 6+ months. Our client is a large global Tier One supplier.

Job Description:


We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team for a 6+ month contract. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR coordination and support, and will be responsible for assisting with various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment processes including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews

  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees

  • Provide support for employee relations issues and inquiries

  • Maintain HR records and documentation

  • Assist with HR administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in HR coordination or support

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Specifics:

  • Fully on-site Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

  • Payrate: $25/hr - $28/hr

  • Contract for 6+ months
