Main Responsibilities:
- Processing bi-weekly payroll and payroll taxes for over two hundred employees
- Handling union payroll reporting and ensuring correct payroll processing
- Auditing time cards and fixing errors when needed
- Reconciling benefits and employee accounts
- Coordinating with the HR team and responding to employee inquiries
- Assisting with payroll-related journal entries
- At least three years of payroll processing experience
- Previous experience with union payroll is highly desired
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to work discretely with confidential information
- Able to function with extreme accuracy in a high-volume environment
- Temporary position
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Fully onsite at the office in Auburn, WA
Pay Details: $31.00 to $34.00 per hour
