• Handle all aspects of A/R and A/P
• Responsible for reconciliations and deposits
• Assist in handling all aspects of month-end close
• Scanning invoices and processing checks
• Applying cash payments to accounts receivable
• Reconcile and process journal entries

• Two years’ experience (minimum) in A/P, A/R, and general accounting
• Intermediate or Expert skill level in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with ERP systems
• Strong written and verbal skills and the ability to work well under pressure
