Accounting Clerk

Are you an experienced Accounting Clerk looking for your next great opportunity? LHH Recruitment Solutions is recruiting for an Accounting Clerk job in Aurora, IL! This job will include Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing, along with other accounting duties. Please apply today if you meet the below qualifications. Job Responsibilities include:

• Handle all aspects of A/R and A/P
• Responsible for reconciliations and deposits
• Assist in handling all aspects of month-end close
• Scanning invoices and processing checks
• Applying cash payments to accounts receivable
• Reconcile and process journal entries

Qualifications:

• Two years’ experience (minimum) in A/P, A/R, and general accounting
• Intermediate or Expert skill level in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with ERP systems
• Strong written and verbal skills and the ability to work well under pressure
