Job Title: Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager

Location: Aurora, CO
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 annually

Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable professional with a knack for leadership and a passion for streamlining financial processes? Join our manufacturing client as an AR Manager in Aurora, CO, where you’ll lead a dedicated team of 3-5 AR Specialists in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and mentor a team of AR Specialists, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.

• Develop and implement efficient AR procedures to enhance cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables.

• Monitor AR aging reports and take proactive steps to address overdue accounts and resolve discrepancies.

• Collaborate with other departments to improve billing processes and customer satisfaction.

• Prepare and present regular AR reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

• Strong understanding of AR principles and experience with accounting software.

• Manufacturing industry experience is a plus

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to analyze financial data and manage a high-volume workload effectively.
