LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a small and privately owned 87-year old manufacturer of equipment used in plant agriculture. Their award-winning tools serve over 14,000 customers in over 85 countries around the world.
The Global Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and execution of all marketing and business strategies, domestic and internationally.
This role will be the single internal source to drive all marketing activities ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. You’ll be tasked with identifying, developing, and carrying out marketing strategies and growth initiatives (brand awareness, social media, campaigns, tradeshow, etc.) to increase the overall value and profitability of the business.
Required Experience:
· Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in agriculture (farming, plant, not animal).
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture or similar.
Other Requirements:
· Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships.
· Cross-functional partnership skills including outside vendors, C-suite execs, sales and product teams.
· Product marketing experience is highly desired with proven experience managing product portfolio roadmaps, providing direction for best-in-class product development.
· Marketing domestically and internationally.
· Excellent presentation creation and delivery skills; proven accomplishments in strategy development, business coordination and leadership.
· Use of AI and analytics tools for marketing activities.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Establish and execute marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
· Oversee the performance, development and efficiency of marketing and sales teams.
· Foster improved quality of on-site distributor and customer visits and tradeshow activities.
· Establish and execute customized business processes for each market segment.
· Ensure marketing and sales are trained to achieve success.
· Develop and facilitate the execution of short/long-term marketing plans for the product portfolio.
· Work in tandem with various internal functions, providing input and capturing requirements for new products, product enhancements, forecasts, target markets, competitive information, and pricing.
· Define and capture marketing and segment requirements for future products by conducting market research through external vendors and visits with customers and distributors.
· Use analytics to inform market plans and strategy.
· Demonstrate technical commercial skills and product knowledge of product and portfolio lines.
· Develop full-cast annual marketing plans in alignment with cross-functional teams to drive sales and operational execution to achieve fiscal year projections, organizationally and financially.
· Manage marketing budget, delivering on target and within designated timelines.
· Globally manage the development and execution of marketing strategies and sales initiatives including tactics, digital support, social media, collateral development, marketing support, technical marketing materials, etc.
· Develop and ensure GTM plans for existing products and new product launches.
· Assume responsibility of accountability across the organization to be market driven, customer centric, results focused, partner collaborative, problem-solving.
· Develop and implement tools to manage the business for progress, including but not limited to capturing customer testimonials, installing metrics to gauge the satisfaction of products and services, maintaining customer-engaging paid social campaigns, SEO, customer trend analysis, optimized user experiences, customer relationship management, etc.
· Lead and manage print production, receipt, and distribution.
· Align with President and CCO to ensure that objectives are met.
Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
