Landscape Maintenance Account Manager

Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Landscape Maintenance Account Manager job in Aurora, CO. To qualify, you must have at least three years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role.

This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn a base salary between $75,000 and $100,00. You will also be eligible to earn additional income through commissions as well as be eligible for a yearly bonus. Lastly, you will be eligible for this company’s competitive benefits package (details below).

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and executing contracts with clients


• Overseeing maintenance project coordination


• Upselling additional services to your existing book of business


• Overseeing field maintenance crews


• Maintaining excellent relationships with clients: communicating work schedules, providing quotes, responding to complaints, etc.


• Overseeing the maintenance of vehicles, equipment, and other company property


• Inspecting project sites to ensure working conditions are safe and up to company standards


• Running reports for management


• Managing snow removal projects


• All other related tasks as required

  Qualifications:



• At least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role


• Previous experience in the landscaping industry preferred


• Excellent account management and customer service skills


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Fluency in Spanish highly preferred


• Excellent attention to detail


• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record


• Experience with Aspire software preferred but not required


• The ability to work on-call during snow season


• Excellent selling and upselling skills

  Compensation:



• Annual base salary between $75,000 and $100,000


• Additional compensation available through a commission structure


• Eligibility for a yearly bonus
