Receptionist

The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and performing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity located in Aurora, IL.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain and update visitor logs and employee directories.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.
  • Coordinate with security to ensure proper visitor access and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Customer service-oriented with a positive and friendly demeanor.

Job Details:
  • 100% onsite
  • Pay is $17- $19 an hour, depending on experience
