Job Title: Accounting Manager

Location: Austin, TX ( Very Flexible Hybrid Schedule)

We are seeking a Accounting Manager to join our client's team in Austin, TX. This role offers a hybrid work schedule, providing the flexibility to work both remotely and in-office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounting operations, including general ledger, financial reporting, and compliance.

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial insights and analysis.

• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP and industry regulations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business strategies and financial decision-making.

• Manage and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

Qualifications:

• CPA required (active license).

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

• Strong knowledge of GAAP, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.

• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
