Accounting Specialist

Location: onsite-south Austin, TX

Accounting Specialist job responsibilities include:

• Process customer payments for checks, lockbox, and ACH wires daily


• Process customer invoices daily, email or mail according to customer requirements


• Reconcile accounts and make adjusting entries weekly


• Code and batch accounts payable invoices

Qualifications:

• Recent experience in a role that requires multi-tasking and handling multiple responsibilities


• Full-cycle Accounts payable and accounts receivable experience


• Familiar with posting to the general ledger

  •ERP system experience required
