Client Overview: Our client, a prestigious corporate boutique law firm, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mergers and Acquisitions Associate to join their dynamic team. This firm is renowned for its expertise in legal counsel and strategic advisory services within the realm of M&A activities. They pride themselves on offering a great work-life balance with a billing requirement of only 1800 hours.

Competitive salary with a minimum starting point of $170,000 (based on experience)

Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence on potential acquisition targets
Develop detailed financial models and valuation analyses
Prepare and present investment proposals and recommendations to senior management
Coordinate and manage the entire M&A process, including negotiations, structuring, and integration planning
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal, finance, and operations teams
Monitor and analyze industry trends and market conditions to identify potential opportunities
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, or related fields
Excellent academic background
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to meet a requirement of 1800 billable hours annually
