Customer Service & Support

LHH (formerly Accounting Principals) has partnered with a construction company in south Austin, TX looking to add a customer service/administrative specialist to their team. Our client fully embraces the mentality of training, mentoring, and promoting their employees from within! They are looking to add their newest teammate as soon as possible.

Direct Hire


$50-52K


Hybrid work schedule (work from home M/F, in office T/W/Th)

  • Collaborate closely with field supervisors, project managers, and other team members to optimize workflow and resolve issues promptly

  • Provides administrative and technical support to Field Operations

  • Interacts with internal personnel and external customers to provide above and beyond exceptional customer service

  • Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including job orders, schedules, and communications

  • Work with area field supervisors in the assigning of service orders

  • Efficiently manage and coordinate the dispatch of personnel, equipment, and materials

  • Update new customer information and maintains database in billing system

  • Processes and close out work orders after completion of work

  • Maintain database for inventory tracking

Qualifications:

Experience Required

  • 3 years verifiable administrative support or clerical functions

  • Previous Customer Service and Construction Administration Experience


Skills and Abilities Required


  • Ability to build and manage strong customer relationships and communications

  • Ability to navigate and work in Microsoft Office Tools

  • Ability to adapt and maintain strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management skills



Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
