LHH has partnered with a commercial real estate firm on a Senior HR Administrator role to join their growing team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting day-to-day HR operations while taking the lead on recruitment efforts. If you're passionate about people, process, and creating a great candidate experience, this is the role for you. This temp to hire opportunity pays $70k-$80k based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, scheduling, and offer letters.

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.

Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.

Support benefits administration and employee inquiries.

Help coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and HR initiatives.

Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and up to date.

Assist with compliance reporting and audits as needed.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment.

Technically proficient with an analytical approach to data.

Familiarity with HRIS and ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, UKG, Greenhouse).

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.



Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
