Are you an Litigation Paralegal with complex commercial litigation and/or financial services litigation seeking the next step in your career with a GREAT law firm in Austin? Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda.
Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
Manage discovery and depositions.
Interview witnesses and clients.
Compile and organize evidence.
Assist with trial preparation.
Calendaring court and other case deadlines.
Assisting with case management and scheduling.
Gathering and organizing case-related documents.
Legal research tools and document review.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or certificate in legal studies or a related field preferred
5+ years of experience as a paralegal in complex commercial litigation and/or financial services
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Experience in nationwide litigation
