Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda

• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other court documents

• Manage discovery and depositions

• Interview witnesses and clients

• Compile and organize evidence

• Assist with trial preparation

• Calendaring court and other case deadlines

• Assisting with case management and scheduling

• Gathering and organizing case-related documents

• Other duties as assigned

Qualification

• 5+ years of experience as a paralegal in insurance defense, construction defect and/or commercial litigation

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• eDiscovery experience preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skill

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
