Job Posting: Program Manager III (Deal Strategist / Commercial Manager)
Location: Hybrid - Austin, TX (3 days a week in the office)
Duration: Contract

Pay: $60hr to $64hr depending on experience level
Work Schedule: Central Time Zone Business Hours, Monday - Friday


Position Overview

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager III to join our Global Business Practices team as a Deal Strategist / Commercial Manager. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing opportunities, creating innovative business deals, and executing transactions throughout the sales cycle. As a trusted advisor and thought leader, you will support Sales Teams with developing and executing commercial structures for strategic, complex, or highly competitive opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Alignment: Serve as a key liaison between Sales Teams and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.

  • Support Sales and Partners: Assist internal and external sales partners with contract interpretation, negotiations, and administration of licensing and service agreements, including award letters, amendments, extensions, renewals, and new business.

  • Validate Contractual Packages: Ensure all aspects of contractual packages are accurate and compliant with Business Practices.

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications

  • Experience: 7+ years in a commercial agreements or pricing environment.

  • Skills: Proven stakeholder management and expectation setting skills.

  • Communication: Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and analytical communication skills.

  • Tools: Experience with Salesforce.



Pay Details: $60.00 to $65.00 per hour
