LHH is proactively recruiting for an Administrative Assistant, near Avenel,NJ. This position is Full time Contract to Hire(temp to possible perm). 100% onsite. The anticipated pay range is between $19-$20/hr. depending on experience. Need someone to start ASAP. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
Responsibilities:
Review and process approximately 30 work orders daily to ensure accuracy and compliance with rules and guidelines.
- Verify work orders are assigned to the correct customers and determine billable vs. non-billable work.
- Enter work order data into multiple computer systems (4 total).
- Communicate with customers via email regarding work order approvals.
- Forward approved work orders to the billing department for further processing.
- Perform data entry tasks, including scanning documents and updating spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel.
- Solve problems and connect information between multiple systems and groups.
- Miscellaneous administrative projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must have 1 year of experience with Administrative Background
Must be proficient in MS Office Suites and Excel spreadsheets
Must be organized
Have good written and verbal communication skills
Employment type: Contract to Hire (Temp to possible Perm)
Salary: The anticipated pay range is $19-$20/hr.
