Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee transactions for accounts payable and receivable.
- Conduct payroll operations, ensuring precision and adherence to company standards and legal requirements.
- File and manage sales & use tax submissions.
- Analyze and maintain cost accounting records, focusing on COGS.
- Assess manufacturing expenses to guarantee accurate costing and inventory assessments.
- Liaise with external auditors by providing required documents and clarifications.
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related areas.
- Has 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting.
- Must have experience in the manufacturing sector, specifically in cost accounting.
- Demonstrated ability to handle AP, AR, payroll, and sales & use tax.
- Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities.
- Salary range: $70,000 to $85,000.
