Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist (Mandarin-Speaking)

Location: Baldwin Park, CA (Fully Onsite)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Dress Code: Business Casual

Duration: 5-Month Contract (Possibility of Extension)

Pay: $25-33/hour, based on experience

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist fluent in Mandarin (read, write, and speak) for a 5-month contract role in Baldwin Park, with potential for extension. This is a fully onsite position in a business casual environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle AP and be comfortable communicating in Mandarin, as some tasks require invoice preparation and scheduling with Chinese-speaking vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare invoices and payment schedules in Mandarin

• Accurately enter inventory adjustments into the system

• Assist with full-cycle accounts payable functions, including matching, coding, and processing invoices

• Maintain organized financial records and support month-end closing

• Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments in accordance with company policies

Requirements:

• Fluency in Mandarin (read, write, speak) is required

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable; full-cycle AP experience strongly preferred

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Must be able to work onsite in Baldwin Park during stated hours
