About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Permanent Accountant to join our team in Baltimore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts

• Prepare financial statements and reports

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

• Manage accounts payable and receivable

• Assist with budget preparation and financial planning

• Conduct property audits and inspections

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

• Minimum of 2+ years of property accounting experience

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
