Title: Accounting Specialist

Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM or 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Reports to: Office/Finance Manager

Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a laid-back environment. This role requires thick-skin and ability to handle detailed invoicing and financial tasks with precision.

Responsibilities:

• Manage invoicing processes
• Review and reconcile purchase orders
• Handle Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (AP/AR)
• Oversee billing and collections
• Perform credit card reconciliations
• Prepare expense reports
• Manage ACH deposits and apply payments
• Prepare Profit & Loss (P&L) reports
• Conduct administrative duties
• Prepare Quarterly Business Review Statements (QBRS)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in accounting or a related field.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online) and Excel for reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct thorough research.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
