Procurement & Supply Chain
Job Overview: Manage supplier relationships and purchasing strategies for raw materials, goods, services, and capital expenditures.
Summary: Support procurement activities, oversee bidding, contract negotiations, and supplier performance. Focus on cost optimization, governance, and risk mitigation.
Responsibilities:
Manage procurement for $250M+ spend.
Oversee 1,000+ suppliers for 25+ locations.
Develop sourcing strategies and manage contracts.
Resolve supplier issues and ensure process adherence.
Establish and manage KPIs.
Act as an ERP system super user (ROSS, Oracle, SAP).
Skills:
Data analysis and linking metrics to KPIs.
Effective communication and organizational skills.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Proficiency in PC applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access).
Understanding of enterprise technology for procurement.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
10-15 years of experience in supplier management.
Master's degree preferred.
Experience with ERP systems and continuous improvement.
