Position: Medical Coder
Location: Baltimore, MD 21201 (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:
Accurately code and document E/M services provided by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance billing requirements.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to obtain necessary documentation and clarify coding requirements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding guidelines and regulations.
Participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives to enhance coding accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) is required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in E/M medical coding.
Strong understanding of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding systems.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with healthcare providers.
Work Hours and Flexibility: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Onsite). Some flexibility after the first two weeks of employment.
Pay Details: $23.00 to $29.00 per hour
