Accounting & Finance

Onsite daily Property Accountant in Baltimore, MD. Commercial Real Estate.

Permanent, fulltime - $50-73k depending on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Manage general ledger accounting and variance analysis

  • Perform budget and reforecast input and analysis

  • Assist with quarterly property valuations

  • Prepare and process monthly journal entries

  • Review leases and ensure accurate billing

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or significant related experience

  • Minimum of three years of work experience in Accounting or Commercial Real Estate

  • An understanding of accruals, variance notes – actual to budget

  • An understanding of CAM/OPEX is a plus

  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and Yardi software
