LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Revenue Cycle Coordinator for a healthcare client in Baltimore, MD. This role involves managing daily billing activities and ensuring smooth operations within the department. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily billing and revenue activities.

• Collaborate with various departments.

• Meet with patients for financial counseling.

• Resolve patient billing issues.

• Perform patient registration and scheduling.

• Supervise and assign work.

• Optimize charge entry and collections.

• Collect co-pays and fees.

• Review patient encounter forms.

• Prepare daily deposits and perform reconciliations.

• Provide documentation for claims processing.

• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

• Participate in special projects and meetings.

• Stay updated with coding and insurance changes.

• Build strong relationships with patients and staff.

• Adhere to hospital infection control and safety policies.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required.

• 1-3+ years of relevant experience.

• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Finance.
