Accounts Payable Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist on a direct hire basis for a company in Bartlett, IL. This role will be hybrid after being onsite for the training portion. They are seeking strong accounts payable experience.

Also, seeking a candidate with a strong Accounting ERP system experience as well as high volume of AP invoices.

Direct Hire

Worksite Location: Onsite for training in Barlett, IL and then hybrid work schedule therafter.

Salary: $50-65K (DOE)

Duties:

• Full cycle accounts payable functions

• Invoice processing, reconciling invoices for accuracy

• Attaining payment approvals and completing check runs to vendors

• Processing wire transfer, ACH and check payments

• Expense reports processed in Concur

• Vendor maintenance – updating info and communication with vendors

• Assisting with month-end and AP reconciliations
