LHH is searching for an Assistant Controller on a temp to perm basis. Previous Private Equity and M&A experience is needed for this position.

Job Overview:

• Overseeing the accounting team and day to day accounting

• Managing General Accounting, AR, and AP teams

• Overseeing the monthly, quarterly, and annual close

• Preparing the operating and capital budget

• Leading process improvement initiatives

• Managing the annual audit

• Assisting with monthly revenue reporting and AR tracking

• Supporting the tracking of company leases

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

• 6+ years of accounting experience

• 2+ years in a managerial accounting role

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel

• Larger ERP system experience

• Strong leadership skills

• Process improvement mentality

• Detail oriented

• Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
