Title: Human Resources Generalist Location:
Our client is hiring a Human Resources Generalist to drive HR operations and support their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll & Benefits: Manage payroll, administer benefits, and conduct audits to ensure compliance
Employee Relations: Guide managers on policies and performance reviews, address employee concerns, and foster a positive workplace culture
Recruitment: Source and hire top talent while building a robust candidate pipeline
Office Administration: Oversee office operations, coordinate events, and provide executive support, including travel and expense management
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
PHR/SHRM-CP is a plus
Expertise in HRIS (UKG Ready superuser a plus) and advanced Excel skills
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Ability to handle confidential information and adapt to global business needs
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
