Our client in Somerset County, NJ is looking for a Jr. HR Generalist to join their team.
Essential functions

  • Recruiting and onboarding

  • Employee Relations and investigations

  • Compensation benchmarking

  • Benefits administration

  • Training

  • Administration of human resources policies, procedures, and programs


Required education and experience

  • 2-5 years Human Resources experience, including full cycle recruitment

  • Proficiency with HRIS systems, (UKG a plus)

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • SHRM or PHR Certification preferred


Salary range is $65-67K

401K, paid holidays, PTO, Vacation time, medical, dental, and life insurance





Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $67,000.00 per year
