Job Description:


LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a professional and experienced Receptionist to join our client's team in Batavia, OH. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a front-facing position and enjoys being the first point of contact for visitors and clients. Key Responsibilities:



  • Front Desk Management:



    • Greet visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor.


    • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries efficiently.


    • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.


  • Administrative Support:



    • Assist with general administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and managing incoming and outgoing mail.


    • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.


    • Support other departments with clerical tasks as needed.


  • Customer Service:



    • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.


    • Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.


    • Manage visitor logs and security procedures to ensure a safe and organized workplace.


  • Coordination:



    • Coordinate with facility management for office supplies and maintenance requests.


    • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and other activities.


Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent required.


  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role is required.


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).


  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.


  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.


  • Professional appearance and attitude.
