LHH Recruitment Specialist is partnering with a company in Suffolk County to fill a contract to hire Accounts Payable opportunity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full cycle accounts payable. This position is onsite and can pay up to $30 an hour.

Job Responsibilities:

· Entering new vendors and bills for multiple companies

· Processing weekly ACH and manual check payments

· Check runs

· Reconciling accounts

· Work with team members and assist with other accounting duties as needed

Skills:

· Excellent written skills

· Excellent communication skills

· Interacting with all levels of management

· NetSuite a plus
