Job Title: Accounting Assistant
Location: Beaverton, OR
Job Type: Fully Onsite, Contract to Hire
Compensation/Benefits: $25-$27 an hour DOE


We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client in Beaverton, OR. As an ideal candidate, you should have a minimum of one year of experience in accounts payable and possess strong Excel skills. This is a full-time, contract to hire, on-site role.




Responsibilities:
  • Processing and reviewing invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of invoices.
  • Reconciling vendor statements and maintaining vendor files.
  • Provide assistance with vendor inquiries, prepare and process weekly check runs, and provide support to other accounting functions as required.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records, assisting with month-end close, and accruals.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in accounts payable
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP accounting software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation/Benefits: $25-$27 an hour DOE
