Accounts Receivable Specialist Type of Employment: Temp to Hire (3- 4-month contract), Full Time, Hybrid Compensation: $29 - $32 an hour DOE Location: Beaverton, OR Exciting opportunity available for an Accounts Receivable position! LHH has formed a partnership with a company located near Beaverton, OR which is actively seeking an AR Specialist to join their team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years of experience in accounts receivable and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities for this position include:
  • Handling collections for business-to-business transactions
  • Managing the invoicing process and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments
  • Following up on overdue accounts
  • Resolving any discrepancies or inquiries related to invoices.
To be a suitable candidate, you must have:
  • A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in accounts receivable
  • Strong customer service abilities
  • Proficiency in multitasking
  • Netsuite experience is highly preferred
  • Prior experience with cash posting and cash applications.
