Accounts Receivable Specialist

Type of Employment: Direct Hire, Full Time

Compensation: $26 an hour - $28.85 an hour DOE

Location: Beaverton, OR, fully in Office

LHH is partnering with a well-established company in Beaverton seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team on a direct-hire basis. This full-time role offers up to $28 per hour. In this role, you will:

• Supervise collections for business-to-business transactions

• Handle the invoicing process and ensure prompt payment recovery

• Follow up on past-due accounts to facilitate timely resolution

• Resolve discrepancies or answer inquiries related to invoices

To be a fit, you must have:

• 2 years of experience working with accounts receivable

• BA or AA in Accounting, Finance, or a related fiel

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to work with Accounting software
