Job Description:
LHH Recruitment has an exciting opportunity to hire a brand new position, a Client Support Specialist, for our client's team based in Beaverton, OR. This role involves a blend of inbound and outbound calls to assist customers and to help drive sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills with an upbeat personality, a passion for helping others, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity to be able to shape a position and make it succeed within the organization, since you will be the first in the role!
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails to provide exceptional customer support and drive sales.
- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions utilizing CRM and Microsoft Suite.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.
- May provide a small amount of technical support for certain products.
- Assist in implementing and tracking KPI metrics.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a customer support or sales position, ideally in a B2B setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including an upbeat and outgoing personality.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
Pay Details: $21.63 to $26.44 per hour
