Client Support Specialist
Introduction:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is excited to partner with a growing company to hire a Client Support Specialist. This is a brand-new role created due to company expansion. As the Client Support Specialist, you will support both internal and outbound customer service efforts, working closely with the sales and APM teams to ensure seamless operations. Location: Beaverton, OR (Onsite for the first 90 days of training, hybrid remote option after 90 days with 1 remote day per week)
Duration: Direct Hire
Dress Code: Business casual
Team: You’ll primarily support the sales team and APM team.
Hours/Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible hours may be available)

Compensation:
  • $21.63 - $26.44 per hour
  • Potential for an annual bonus (usually 2-4% of salary)
  • Possible future bonus structure as the role develops (not guaranteed)

Responsibilities:
  • Provide both internal and outbound customer service via phone and email.
  • Support "Goods not for resale" operations, including managing calls and issues related to Walmart call boxes and Costco radios.
  • Provide minor technical support for Walmart boxes and radios.
  • Assist with KPI development as this is a new role – you'll help shape key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, primarily the sales and APM teams, to deliver excellent service.
  • Use MS Suite and basic Excel for documentation and tracking.
  • Potential future use of Microsoft Dynamics depending on the need.

Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Experience in a related industry is helpful but not required – we’re looking for a great personality!
  • Must be comfortable communicating via phone and email in a professional, friendly manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • A can-do attitude, eager to learn and take initiative.

Soft Skills:
  • Bubbly and outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
  • Drive and hunger to do well and contribute to the team's success.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
