LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company based out of Beaverton, OR, to find a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support while managing various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Location: Onsite - Beaverton, OR
Duration: Temp to hire
Hours/Schedule:
Monday to Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
Compensation:
$25 - $30 per hour
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls daily, with minimal outbound calls.
Respond to customer emails with accuracy and professionalism.
Quickly address customer inquiries, ensuring proper routing and detail collection.
Maintain accurate records and documentation using our CRM system (NetSuite).
Qualifications:
3 – 5+ years of experience in customer support.
Target experience in phone/chat support, order entry, or office/call center environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and professionalism.
Soft skills: resilience, teamwork, quick learning ability, initiative, and customer orientation.
Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
