LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a dynamic and growing company based out of Beaverton, OR. We are seeking a dedicated E-commerce Order Entry Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing logistics and order operations, contributing to the company’s smooth workflow and customer satisfaction. Location: Beaverton, OR (Onsite for training, hybrid remote option after 90 days)
Duration: Direct Hire
Hours/Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible hours during the 4th quarter due to volume, e.g., 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM)

Compensation:

$24 - $28.85 per hour + annual bonus based on company performance.

Responsibilities:

Logistics (10% of role): Manage freight, LTL (Less-than-Truckload), locate containers, and obtain shipping rates.
Order Management (90% of role): Handle order processing for direct accounts
- Enter orders, batch them, and handle invoicing when orders ship.
- Work with customer and vendor portals, ensuring accurate and timely order updates.
- Cross-train on various accounts to provide full team support.
- Manage multiple locations in Microsoft Dynamics.
- Learn and assist with importing/exporting (international customs experience is a huge plus).
- Provide excellent customer service through consistent communication and follow-up on orders.

Qualifications:

0-1 years of experience in logistics, order management, or a related field (internships or relevant coursework are acceptable).
Interest in logistics and operations.
Experience working with eCommerce or customer portals is a plus.
Familiarity with BOLs (Bills of Lading), LTL shipping, or ERP software (Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred).
Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is a plus but not required.
Must be willing to learn and grow in the logistics field, especially around importing/exporting.
Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
