LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detailed-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our client’s team on a contract basis in the beautiful city of Portland, Oregon. The perfect candidate will have experience with UltiPro (UKG), extensive payroll management skills, and knowledge of benefits administration. Precision is essential as you will be responsible for managing confidential information.. This is an onsite, contract position lasting 3 months. This position demands meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational abilities, and expertise in payroll systems and accounting software.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing payroll data for numerous employees
- Verifying the precision of all entries in the payroll system
- Protecting the confidentiality and security of employee details
- Handling payroll questions and resolving issues quickly and professionally
- Helping with year-end payroll documentation
- Performing additional related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in handling payroll
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
Salary Range:
- Up to $35/ hour
Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
