Compensation: $25-35/hr. USD

Work Hours: 8am- 5pm

Location: Beaverton- In office

We are seeking an experienced Property Accountant to join our clients dynamic team at a reputable real estate company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial accounting of a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring accurate tenant billing, performing reconciliations, and overseeing all property-related accounting functions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in real estate accounting, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. In this role, you will:

  • Oversee and manage the financial accounting for a portfolio of properties, including general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and tenant billing.

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

  • Perform account reconciliations for property-related accounts, including bank accounts, security deposits, and operating expenses.

  • Track and manage property-related expenses, including utilities, taxes, insurance, and maintenance costs.

  • To be a fit, you must have:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of real estate accounting principles, including tenant billing, CAM reconciliations, and property-related expenses.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, RealPage) and advanced Excel skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.



Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
