- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of manufacturing processes, raw materials, and finished products to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality specifications.
- Utilize statistical analysis tools and methodologies to analyze data, identify trends, and drive process optimization initiatives.
- Lead root cause analysis investigations for quality incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement efforts throughout the organization.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Support new product development projects by establishing quality requirements and ensuring compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.
- Stay current with industry trends and developments in quality management systems and manufacturing processes.
- 3+ years of Quality Engineering experience
- Experience with ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management systems and tools
- Industrial industry experience in semiconductor or fabrication
- Familiarity with process auditing, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action methodologies.
- 100% on-site and in-person environment, very communicative and hands-on in a fast-paced setting.
- Salary: $95K+ DOE
