LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Production Supervisor to join our client in Bedford Park, IL. This full-time direct hire position is fully onsite.

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the production process, training and coaching employees, ensuring safety compliance, and monitoring productivity. This role requires 3 years of production supervisor experience and 3 years of manufacturing experience.

Hours: 4:30pm – 3am

Responsibilities:

· Lead production processes, including packing lines, paint lines, rivet operations, and hydraulic press

· Train and coach employees

· Communicating expectations to production team and monitoring productivity

· Regularly check machinery to ensure safe and efficient workflow

· Ensure safety compliance

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or GED

· Bilingual Spanish required

· 3 years of production supervisor experience required

· Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience required

· Strong mathematical skills

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
